Liz Migliorelli belongs to a lineage of bee maidens, apple romancers and herb cunning-folk. She is a clinical herbalist, educator and animist who roots her work in the stories and practices of her ancestors. She lives in the Hudson Valley of New York on Munsee-Esopus-Lenape lands where she tends to a garden and apple orchard. Her clinical practice weaves medicinal herbs, flower essences, and personal ritual together in a harm-reduction framework. She offers a line of flower essences under the name Sister Spinster and believes flower essences are some of the most potent medicines for our times. Liz has been teaching classes on mythopoetic herbalism, ancestral remembrance, folk magic and storytelling for over ten years. She will always be a student of the plants.
